I provide real estate appraisals in Northwest Louisiana.  The coverage area is from the Shreveport - Bossier metro area to the Homer and Haynesville areas in Claiborne Parish.  My office is located in Minden Louisiana.  Other coverage includes all of the rural areas and towns such as Springhill , Sarepta , and Cotton Valley which are located in Northern Webster Parish, as well as Sibley , Doyline , and Heflin in Southern Webster Parish.  I also go to Bienville Parish, including the towns of Ringgold and Gibsland. 

I specialize in residential homes and vacant land / lots.  Our work includes estate appraisals for divorce and date of death.  I also provide appraisals for tax reassessment, as well as assist home seller's in setting a listing price for their home.   

My work also includes appraisals for lending purposes, including FHA loans, REO properties, and Appraisal Review Work.  

There are several lakes in the Northwest Louisiana area that I have experience with as well, which include Lake Bistineau, Caddo Lake , Cyprus Lake , and Lake Claiborne.   

As a licensed appraiser, I have the education and qualifications to provide the type of reliable home values that banks and major lending institutions require for home loans.  And with 9 years of experience behind me, I’m prepared to handle a variety of property types.

I am currently offering desktop appraisals in the Webster/Bossier/Caddo areas for only $50.00.  A desktop appraisal will be of value to those who are not sure if they want to order a full appraisal.  By ordering a desktop appraisal you will be able to see the range of value in your area and decide whether or not a full inspection appraisal would meet your needs.  If you decide to go ahead with one of the more detailed appraisals, the $50.00 will go toward the fee.  The following is a list of what is available at this time.
